NOTICE - APPOINTMENT CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC

THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL APPLY TO ALL APPOINTMENTS AND CLIENTS

  1. APPOINTMENTS MUST BE PRE-ARRANGED BY TELEPHONE AT (250) 474-2226 OR EMAIL AT pearsonconvey@shaw.ca 

    NO WALK-INS WILL BE PERMITTED.

  2. IF YOU HAVE COLD OR FLU SYMPTOMS EITHER CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT OR IF IT IS TO SIGN DOCUMENTS FOR AN IMMINENT REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION, CALL AHEAD SO WE CAN MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS TO SAFELY WITNESS YOUR SIGNATURES.

  3. WE WILL NOT HAVE PUBLIC WASHROOM FACILITIES AVAILABLE AT OUR OFFICE DURING THIS PERIOD.

  4. DO NOT BRING YOUNG CHILDREN TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU DO IT WILL BE RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED.  ONLY PERSONS ACTUALLY INVOLVED IN SIGNING DOCUMENTS OR OTHERWISE ESSENTIAL TO THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE OFFICE. ANY OTHERS WILL HAVE TO WAIT IN VEHICLES.

  5. PLEASE ADVISE US IN ADVANCE IF YOU ARE BRINGING IN DOCUMENTS FROM ALBERTA FOR NOTARIZATION AS THESE MAY REQUIRE TWO STAFF MEMBERS TO WITNESS THEM AND TO THE GREATEST EXTENT POSSIBLE WE ARE KEEPING IN-OFFICE STAFF TO A MINIMUM AT THIS TIME.
